By using Fruitful House, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

Parent and caregiver responsibility

Activity ideas are suggestions, not professional childcare, medical, developmental, educational, theological, or safety advice. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity, material, location, and level of supervision are appropriate for your children and circumstances.

Accounts

You are responsible for securing your account. Guest accounts may be lost if browser data is cleared or the device is unavailable. Connect an email or Google account before relying on cross-device access or purchasing a membership.

Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds

Paid memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Prices and included allowances are shown before checkout. You can cancel anytime through “Manage or cancel membership” in Settings; cancelling stops future renewals and the current paid period normally remains active until its scheduled end date.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged. We do not issue automatic or prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period. If there is a duplicate charge, billing error, or a material service problem caused on our end, contact hello@fruitfulfig.ca and we will review the situation case by case. Nothing in this policy limits refund or consumer rights that apply under law.

Reporting a safety or content concern

If an activity or ministry plan appears unsafe, age-inappropriate, privacy-sensitive, or contains unwanted or inaccurate Christian content, stop using the suggestion and email hello@fruitfulfig.ca. Include only the details needed to explain the problem and do not send unnecessary identifying information about a child.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass usage limits, or use it to create unlawful or harmful content.

Availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue a feature. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
