Privacy policy

Fruitful House is designed to provide context-aware family activity ideas while collecting only the information needed to provide and improve the service.

Information you provide

Account information, such as your email address or Google account.
Child profiles, ages, interests, languages, support notes, household inventory, preferences, and saved activity ideas.
Photos you choose for inventory interpretation. Photos are processed to identify items and are not retained by Fruitful House afterward.
Subscription and usage information.

How information is stored

Before sign-in, app data may be stored in your browser. Signed-in and guest accounts use Firebase authentication and private Firestore records associated with a unique account ID. You should export a backup before clearing browser data if you use guest access.

AI processing

Details relevant to your request may be sent securely to an AI provider to interpret an inventory photo or produce an activity recommendation. Do not upload photos containing faces, identifying documents, or other sensitive information.

Payments

Stripe processes subscription payments. Fruitful House does not store full payment-card details. Stripe receives the information required to process and manage your subscription.

Your choices

You may export your household data from Settings, manage or cancel a membership through the Stripe customer portal, or request account-data deletion by emailing hello@fruitfulfig.ca.

Children’s privacy

Fruitful House is for parents and caregivers, not for children to use independently. Adults are responsible for the information they enter and should avoid full names or unnecessary identifying details.
